Lemmon Valley is a very nice affordable bedroom community just east of Stead, and only 6 mile N.W. of Reno, Nevada. Very affordable properties can be found on 1/2 acre up to 40 acres ranchettes where horses and other farm animals permitted, yet close enough to the Reno / Sparks downtown city cores close to major employers, recreation, University of Nevada Reno &Truckee Meadows Community College.
