Cold Springs

Cold Springs, Nevada, is an extreme western suburb of Reno located approximately 20 miles from downtown and just West of Stead Airport, and home to the “Border Town Casino”. The area is situated in the beautiful bucolic high desert mountains of the “Peterson Range” and “Whites Lake” which is a seasonal desert dry lake bed and abundant High Sierra wildlife. The area is zoned for good schools located in the Washoe County School System and North Valleys High School.
